This document defines the contractual framework between North Harbor and our professional community. By accessing this platform, you agree to the protocols governing knowledge exchange and strategic partnership formation.
Membership
Protocols
North Harbor is a professional network specifically designed for two primary cohorts: active video game developers and physical quest/escape room business owners. By utilizing this site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and representing a registered entity or a verified sole proprietorship within the immersive entertainment sector.
We reserve the right to verify credentials and suspend access to accounts that fail to meet our industry engagement criteria.
The platform facilitates introductions and discussions surrounding intellectual property (IP). North Harbor does not automatically claim ownership or agency over collaborations formed via the platform. However, all platform content—including blueprints, methodologies, and technical documentation provided by North Harbor—is our protected IP.
Note on NDAs:
Users are strongly encouraged to execute independent Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to sharing sensitive technical logic or environmental designs.
System Reliability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, North Harbor acts as a strategic bridge, not a real-time game server host. We are not liable for latency in partnership responses or third-party tool integrations.
Professional Integrity
Engagement must remain professional. Manipulation of lead routing, data scraping for competitive intelligence, or misrepresentation of technical capabilities will result in immediate termination of membership.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Milan. North Harbor coordinates international partnerships but defaults to EU regulatory standards.
Boundaries of Responsibility.
01. Service Nature
North Harbor provides a directory and exchange platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not certify the financial health or project-delivery capacity of individual members. You engage with partners at your own risk.
02. Damage Caps
To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law, North Harbor's liability for any claim arising from site usage shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user to the platform during the three months preceding the claim.
