Protocol 01

Data Collection Standards

North Harbor collects minimal essential data required to facilitate high-level professional introductions and site functionality. This includes identifying information (Name, Professional Title, Entity), contact logistics (Email, Phone), and technical profiles (Industry specialization, portfolio metadata).

We process this data under the legal basis of legitimate interest—enabling the strategic bridge between digital game developers and physical quest room owners.

Data Vectors Map

  • Navigation Data

IP addresses and browser telemetry collected via secure logs for load balancing and security monitoring.

  • Collaboration Input

Direct inquiries, partnership requests, and professional portfolios submitted through our Collaboration Hub.

Protocol 02

IP & Strategic Handling

As a platform for immersive architecture, we recognize that your game mechanics and puzzle blueprints are your most valuable assets. North Harbor does not claim ownership over any Intellectual Property (IP) exchanged between members.

All sensitive documents uploaded to our vault are encrypted at rest and in transit. We maintain a strict "need-to-know" access architecture, ensuring that your strategic data is only accessible to authorized personnel or intended partners during active collaboration stages.

Protocol 03

Third Party Partners

We do not Sell, Trade, or Rent your data. Third-party integrations are limited strictly to infrastructure providers necessary for operation (e.g., Cloud hosting in Italy/EU, email routing, and security firewall systems).

In accordance with Italian Data Protection laws, we audit all sub-processors for compliance with EU-GDPR standards to ensure information flow remains within secure jurisdictional boundaries.
